Greg was no stranger to Live Poker Greg "Fossilman" Raymer has played in several World Series main events as well as countless preliminary events. Fossilman first reached the money in 2001, placing 12th in a $1,500 Omaha Hi-Lo tournament. He finished 80th out of 631 in the 2002 World Series.
Greg Raymer proved that his success in the 2004 Main Event was no fluke and came 25th out of 5,619 which gained him tremendous respect from his poker peers.
Greg Raymer has also proved that he's talented online too. In 2007 in Event #6 ($320 Rebuy Pot Limit Omaha) of the WCOOP Fossilman beat out more than 700 other top players to win more than $168,000 and his first WCOOP gold bracelet.
