PokerStars: WSOP
The success of Chris Moneymaker in 2003 after qualifying online for $20
into the Main Event from Poker Stars has made its WSOP qualification
events the most popular in the world. Packages range from $10,000 to $12,500.
This includes accommodation at the Palms, $50,000 extra if you make it to a
TV table and a cool $1 million should you make the final table.
It also offers more ways to win your seat than any other site;
I will do my best to unravel the densely layered labyrinth of methods ...

Steps
Poker Stars is unique in offering a steps method of qualification.
From a WSOP Step 1 ($7.50 Buy-In of 500 FPPs), players can work their way through
the STT ladder to finally a step 6 (S2,000);
where 1st place wins their seat to the WSOP Main Event.
The joy of this method is they run continuously, with some of the world's top
online players regularly fermenting the upper echelon of the steps system.
